Having babies is not creating humans

I think that we are a long way from the ideal.  The child rearing that comes naturally to us (and chimps) has a high frequency of bad outcome (especially compared to potential).  Therefore, I think that we should have a different model of child rearing (rational-ethical child rearing), that people should be trained in before applying to have a child.  We produce much PSDED when we create monsters and even impaired humans.

Of course we have to come to agreement on that model first.
