00010 Many of our motivations, things we want to do, are a part of our basic animal nature, and some of these at times increase the quality of our own and others' lives, while some of them at times cause unnecessary PSDED. Our species has developed a marked capacity for inhibiting some behavior and promoting other behavior, to improve our quality of life.
